What are the request limits on each plan?
Light: 10 requests/min, 2,000/day. Medium: 100/min, 20,000/day. Heavy: 500/min, 100,000/day. Enterprise: custom. Limits are shared across the API, MCP, and CLI.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Requests over the limit return a rate-limit error (429) and are not billed. Upgrade anytime to raise your limits.
Is there a free plan or a free trial?
There is a free account with market data and 1-hour and 24-hour social intelligence on Discover. Paid plans have no free trial: the daily plan is the low-cost way to try one. Trials exist on Enterprise.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment information is encrypted and processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. LunarCrush never stores your full credit card details on our servers.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What categories and metrics are included in a LunarCrush subscription?
All plans include access to social metrics across cryptocurrencies, stocks, and 50+ topic categories. Metrics include Galaxy Score™, AltRank™, social volume, sentiment, social dominance, and more.
What payment methods do you accept for plan subscriptions?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Cryptocurrency payments are not currently supported.
What happens to my account if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you via email. You will have a grace period to update your payment information before your account is downgraded.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are final and non-refundable. You retain access through your billing period after cancellation.
Can I change my plan later if I want to upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
